Witch Head, also referred to as Aunt Jenny by the Young Man, is a mysterious character who appears throughout the Perfect Hair Forever series. She is depicted as the head of a witch with brown hair, a purple hat, and eyes that have red pupils. The Witch Head originally made her debut in the pilot episode where she appears in Gerald's vision and claimed that his eyeballs looked "delicious", making the latter ask her "are you talking to me?" In "Return to Balding Victory", the Witch Head can be seen among the several things floating around in Gerald's space celebration, alongside Gerald's Mother.
In "Muscular Distraction", the Witch Head's real name is revealed to be named "Jenny". According to the Young Man, she is one of his aunts in his family. The Witch Head is last seen at the Young Man's wedding.

- Aside from Jenny, the other family members of the Young Man are Uncle Ed, Aunt Joan, Aunt Jackie, Judy, Rainey, their three unnamed children, Madison, Brynn, Lambros, and Barbara, the latter of which got married.
